		<description>that is one amazing paella..!  we love paella as well (http://bostonchef.blogspot.com/2006/03/paella.html) but ours is seems to be more focused on the chicken and shirmp.  however, we love the seafood take on paella by you guys and want to give it a shot, too...&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Gotta burn the rice in the bottom in the pan for that delicious crusty flavor!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Writing up Braised Pork Picnic (half) Shoulder for our blog right now - always think of you guys when we braise! People lined up drinking their coffee and brandies, dropping the empty sugar packets on the floor. I never knew the reason why tho...&lt;BR/&gt;Great Paella recipe...I miss Spain :(</description>
