In Gnocchi with 3 Mushroom Cream Sauce and Peas Sandi said… It turned out GREAT! I, unfortunately, didn’t start making the gnocchi till later in the evening, and realllllly should have gotten started earlier. That’s a little more time consuming than I had anticipated, but fun! Almost therapeutic! Thanks for the recipe!
In Braised Beef in Wine & Vegetables Glenn said… Got up this morning looking to make
something that slow cooked and decided to surf the web for a braised beef dish. Just happened to have all of the stuff to make your Braised Beef in Wine-Vegetable Bouillon w/ Broiled Brussels Sprouts. I added some new red skins and decided that my spinach required eating before my sprouts. I creamed the spinach and dinner was perfect!! Thanks for the easy prep recipe that yielded a perfect meal. Next I will attempt the Coq Au Vin. Surprised no recipe for a gingerale and ketchup brisket for Passover!!! Cheers & Thanks!!
In Veggie Burgers Sally said… I made the veggie burgers tonight. Consistency was great. I eat a lot of curries so my palate is probably a bit fritzed. I added tsp cumin, tsp black mustard seed and a 1/4 tsp cayene pepper. Excellent!
In Falafel Me Crazy Ashley said… i made this last week and just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this simple and absolutely delicious recipe! the only addition that we made was to drizzle a little sriracha on them, as my husband said that hot sauce is key for falafel. it was the first one i tried that i liked (and i loved it!).

In Bourbon-Pomegranate Molasses Beef Short Ribs Louise said… Stacey, I made the ribs last night and we were all wowed. The pomegranate molasses added a great tang to the dish. I’ll definitely make the recipe again. Thanks!
In Heaven (Molten Chocolate Lava Cake) M said… I made this dessert and it was fabulous! Truly Heaven. And the recipe was easy to follow and easy to cut in half as you did. Unfortunately, I only had 7 oz ramekins and with a dessert that rich, it was too much! Thanks for the recipe
In Tri-Bean & Beef Chili Donny B said… This chili recipe is so good! Eric and I made it on a Sunday afternoon and loved it. We used hamburger for the chuck and a full 5 sausages. The spices were just right…just spicy enough without being too much (I’m not a big fan of super-spicy foods so this was perfectly on the edge, as in, not too much). We used canned beans so the whole process went really quickly. The recipe is very straightforward and easy, so you don’t have to be a fancy shmancy chef to do it.I served it with a dollop of sour cream on top and some crusty bread to sop it up. I would have also used shredded cheddar cheese but didn’t have any. Still, even by itself it’s great. Thanks, Stacey, and well done!
In Not-So-Classic Tuna Sandwich Kit said… I tried this recipe tonight — totally delicious! I shy away from tuna sandwiches usually because I hate mayonnaise, but this one hit the spot with the right textures and flavors … plus, my cat loved the tuna water :-) I used tuna from a pouch instead of from a can, but I don’t think it made that much of a difference.
